This is a 5 minute breathing exercise to quiet the mind.
Based on the work of Patrick McKeown, leading expert in breathing for health and performance who I have studied under a number of times.
It works by quiet the breath in order to quiet the mind, it’s backed by a tonne of research but more importantly you can feel the effects quite quickly by trying it for yourself.
This exercise is particularly useful if you want a quick reset, when you are feeling stressed or before sleep.
